Utrecht Public Library is a place where you can read, borrow (e-)books and other (digital) resources and acquire knowledge. It’s also a place where you can work, hold meetings, study and relax. Together with residents of Utrecht and (local) partners, we organise hundreds of activities every month - ranging from film, theatre and concerts to craft workshops, language cafés and consultation hours for those who have questions related to finance, government, language or digital matters.

Bibliotheek Utrecht heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een plek om te lenen, lezen, leren, kennis te delen en te reflecteren. En om mensen te ontmoeten en tot rust te komen. In Bibliotheek Neude en de 11 wijkbibliotheken komen elke dag nieuwsgierige mensen, van alle leeftijden en achtergronden. Met bijna 100.000 leden zijn we de grootste ledenclub van Utrecht. Wij stimuleren leesbevordering en leesplezier, digitale vaardigheden, en democratisch burgerschap. Zodat iedereen mee kan doen in onze samenleving. En we maken samen met Utrechters de bibliotheek.
