Why a self-assessment on behaviour? Your behaviour reflects who you are. It says a lot about how you approach things in raising your children and at work. It says something about how you communicate and what motivates you to do your best. These are your natural qualities, talents, that you are naturally good at. It is useful to know this, so that you can consciously use it to help your son/daughter in choice processes and to develop further.
