Abstract

The “Thrive! Project for Business Skills as a Solid Foundation for a Future in the Creative Industry” has the central aim of supporting female entrepreneurs (young women) and their employees in the creative sector to undergo the necessary process of transformation and innovation to survive in the current times and become a company with a sustainable business case.
