It is an entrepreneurship course specially developed for female entrepreneurs within the creative industry and for women and students who wish to become entrepreneurs in this field. The course covers all business aspects of managing a company. In addition to the business aspects, competencies are added at each step of the entrepreneurial journey to optimally design their business. Research on entrepreneurship often portrays entrepreneurs as white men with light hair and blue eyes. This is the dominant conception of entrepreneurs. Business competencies are thus seen as masculine skills that only men possess or can develop. Nothing could be further from the truth; competencies are neither male nor female but are identified according to the situation, such as business competencies. Business competencies are defined as the underlying characteristics that a person possesses, resulting in the creation of a new enterprise. This definition of entrepreneurship is: when one acts on opportunities and ideas and transforms them into value for others. The value created can be financial, cultural, or social (FFE-YE, 2012).
